Graham Click & Collect and Delivery Information

At Graham we know your time is important, and how crucial the reliability of your deliveries can be. We pride ourselves on the fantastic service we have been providing our customers since we started out in 1936. We have crafted our click & collect and delivery processes to make things as safe and easy as possible for you, the customer. Our in-branch colleagues are at hand to help you with your collections and load them safely into your vehicle, meanwhile our expert delivery drivers will ensure your items make the journey safely.

Collection from any one of our branches is FREE. You can choose any location you like, whichever is most convenient for you.

We offer click & collect orders one hour in advance if orders are placed before 4pm, Monday to Friday. Last collections of the day will be at 5pm. 

Uncollected click & collect orders will be put back into general stock after 7 days. We can’t guarantee availability after this point, so remember to collect your items.

Delivery information Graham Delivery information

Next day delivery is available when orders are placed before 12pm, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will be delivered on the next working day. Please note, this does not include Saturdays as all of our branches are closed. 

Delivery Locations

We deliver across the UK, including England, Scotland, Wales and British Isles. Our own fleet will deliver in the majority of instances, however, we may need to outsource to a haulier to support your delivery and if so we will do so requiring the same exacting standards. Please note, there are some areas of the UK that we don't deliver to. Please use our stock checker on our product pages to see if we deliver to your post code.

Covid Safe

Over the last year our business, like many others have been on a journey. We have quickly adapted and changed our processes and protocols to ensure we operate Safely whilst maintaining a high level of service. We continue to deliver ensuring our drivers are protected with masks, gloves and sanitiser. We offer a contact-free delivery service to help protect our drivers and customers. Our deliveries are made between 7am and 4pm Monday – Friday excluding Bank Holidays to Mainland UK.

In branch

In line with government guidelines, we have made some changes in our branches: 

  • All customers, where they are able to, must wear a face covering within the shop area of our branches. Face coverings will be made available to customers free of charge should they need.
  • All colleagues working within the shop area of our branches, showrooms and open offices will wear a face covering, and in other areas of our branches or where a 2m social distance cannot be maintained.
  • Clear signage indicating safe distancing and hygiene rules
  • Floor markings to indicate social distancing zones for customers and colleagues
  • Limiting access to each area
  • Dedicated hand sanitiser stations
  • Detailed instructions on how to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards

Ordering process

To ensure that you receive your order safely, we have made some changes to our ordering process: 

  • You must have a Graham account to order
  • You must order before arriving at the branch
  • You will not be permitted to enter the branch
  • Orders will be left in a secure, isolated location for collection
  • Deliveries will be kerbside only
  • A Graham colleague will sign the paperwork
