Do Graham only sell to the trade?

No, Graham is open to the Trade and Retail. Find your local branch here.

Do I need an account to buy from Graham?

No, you can purchase from us without a Trade Account. We accept cash and card payments.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

Currently we only delivery to England, Wales and Scotland. We do not offer delivery to Ireland, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or Scottish Islands.

Are your prices fixed?

We have over 30,000 products which have a fixed price, meaning you don’t need to waste time negotiating on price. Take a look at our Trade Saver publication to see over 400 of our highlighted fixed price products, and see our Always Available guide for even more fixed priced products that are Always Available for you. Other products at Graham may vary in price depending on the Trade Terms set up on your account. Speak to your local branch for more information.

Can you design my bathroom for me?

Yes! Our Bathroom Showroom Consultants have specialist knowledge and tools to be able to help design your bathroom, allowing you to see how your dream bathroom will look to make sure you are happy with the design before placing the order. Find your local branch here.

Do you have recommended installers who can help me?

As a merchant, we supply plumbing products to the trade and public and have a wealth of knowledge to help ensure that you are making the best choices. Our branches can put you in touch with a range of installers who are customers of Graham, however we cannot recommend these installers specifically. It is always best to speak to family and friends to see if they can recommend people they have used in the past, check the installer’s qualifications prior to employing them and ask for a written quote to ensure that there are no nasty surprises when the job is finished.

How can I check a product’s stock availability?

Once you have found the product you are after, contact your local branch with the product code and they will be able to tell you the availability of the product.

Do you sell renewable products?

Yes, we stock a range of renewable products from solar panels and biomass boilers to underfloor heating and rainwater harvesting equipment. Take a look at our Renewables guide or ask in branch for more information.

Do you sell smart technology?

Yes! We have a range of smart thermostats, cameras, alarms, doorbells and more! All from leading brands such as Nest, Hive, Ring, Honeywell as well as our own range of smart home products, giving you complete peace of mind at home.

How do I open an account with Graham?

We have two trade account options for you, a cash account or credit account. To open an account either:

  • Go online at http://www.grahamdirect.co.uk and complete the form and send to GRAHAM, 99 Harmony Row, Glasgow G51 3LH or, for a cash account, complete the online application form.
  • Visit your local branch who will be able to provide a form for you to complete. To find your local branch use our branch locator tool

How do I get access to trade prices?

We have a huge range of products that are fixed price for everyone. To get trade prices on other ranges, you will need to set up a trade account with us.

How do I update personal details on my account?

Please contact your local branch with all of your details and they will be able to update this for you.

I can’t find what I am looking for on your website, can you help?

Please contact your local branch if you cannot find the product you are looking for and they will be able to help. If your query is not product related, and you have checked the FAQs and help guides, the please complete the contact form so that the enquiry can be directed to the relevant team.

I have an account with you. Can I view and print my invoices online?

You need to register for the E-Invoicing tool on our website in order to view your invoices. Simply complete the details and once your details have been confirmed, you will be able to use this system. Please note, that signing up to this tool will mean that you no longer receive paper invoices.
