What you need to know about E-billing
Our E-billing service is a free and easy way to view your billing documents on the go. Once your documents are ready, you will be able to view them online instead of waiting for them in the post! You can access your invoices, credit notes and statements through the portal. Our E-Billing service is available on all devices, from desktop to tablets and mobiles, allowing on-the-go access.
E-billing is provided by our partner, Swiss Post. In order to sign up for the service, you will need to register for an account and have your Graham account number to hand.

For issues related to e-billing/invoices, please contact the branch at which the goods were purchased. This information can be found in the top left corner of your invoice.
Can I use my Graham website login details?
No, this is a separate portal. You will need to register for e-billing account.
Can I give my employees access to e-billing?
Yes, you can add multiple users to your account, allowing them to view and download documents. There will need to be one ‘primary’ user for tax purposes.
How do I reset my password?
Click on ‘forgot password’ on the log in page. You can also set up security questions in your User Profile, in the event you get locked out.
