Thanks for choosing Graham. We work hard to try and make working with us as easy as possible, so we’ve put together a few commonly asked questions to help you out. Read about using our new website, shopping online and account management.


Do Graham only sell to the trade? 

No, Graham is open to both trade non-trade customers. You can purchase online or shop at your local branch. Find your nearest branch here 

Do I need an account to buy from Graham?

No, you can purchase from us without a Trade Account. You can register for a web account online and checkout using a debit or credit card. Alternatively, you can shop in-branch using both cash and card.

Do you deliver outside of the UK? 

Currently we only deliver to England, Wales and Scotland. We do not offer delivery to Ireland, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or Scottish Islands. 

Where in the UK do you deliver? 

We deliver to most post codes in the mainland UK as well as Wales and Scotland. However, there are some post codes that we don't cover. Please use the stock checker on our product pages to see if we deliver to your post code.

Can I place an order over the phone? 

Yes, you can place an order over the phone with your local Graham branch. Find your nearest branch contact details here

Can you give me a quote? 

If you have an account with us, you can sign in and view your personalised prices. If you're looking for a quote for underfloor heating, please visit our underfloor heating page. For any other quote, please contact your local branch, you can find their details here

Where can I find my local Graham Bathroom Showroom location? 

You can find your local Bathroom Showroom location on our Showrooms website. Alternatively, you can search on your chosen search engine to find the locations near you. 

Can you design my bathroom for me? 

Yes! Our Bathroom Showroom Consultants have the specialist knowledge and tools to assist with designing your bathroom. We can create your dream bathroom for you, allowing you to have the final say before placing your order. Find your local branch here.

Are your prices fixed? 

We have over 30,000 products which have a fixed price, meaning you don’t need to waste time negotiating on price. Take a look at our Trade Saver publication to see over 400 of our highlighted fixed price products, and see our Always Available guide for even more fixed priced products that are Always Available for you.

How do I make a complaint?

If you have an issue with a product you have purchased, please speak to the branch you have purchased it from and they will be able to help.

Do you sell renewable products? 

Yes, we stock a range of renewable products from solar panels and biomass boilers to underfloor heating and rainwater harvesting equipment. Take a look at our Renewables guide or ask in branch for more information.

Do you sell smart technology? 

Yes! We have a range of smart thermostats, cameras, alarms, doorbells and more! All from leading brands such as Nest, Hive, Ring, Honeywell as well as our own range of smart home products, giving you complete peace of mind at home.

Our products are available to view and purchase online. However, if you'd prefer to see our catalogues, you can find them here

Do you sell heating or boiler spares? 

You can find our spares by clicking on the link in our main menu. Alternatively, you can visit our Parts Arena and log in to find what you need.

How can I see my personalised prices online? 

To view your personalised prices and shop online with us, you will need a Trade account. To sign up for an account or to register your current Trade account online, please follow the instructions on our registration page.

I can't find the product I am looking for on your website, can you help? 

Please contact your local branch if you cannot find the product you are looking for and they will be able to help. If your query is not product related, and you have checked the help guides, then please use the contact details on our contact us page.

Is there a delivery charge for online orders? 

Yes. There is a £5 charge for all orders under £50. Delivery is free on orders over £50.

Delivery is free for our trade account customers.

I have forgotten my password, how do I reset it?

You can reset your password by visiting our 'forgotten password' page.

I have an account with you. Can I view and print my invoices online?

To view your invoices online, you will need to register for our E-billing service. Once you have completed the sign up and your details have been confirmed, you will be able to use the system. Please note, that signing up to this tool means that you will no longer receive paper invoices.

How do I open an account with Graham?

Choose from one of our two account options. Our cash account option is better for smaller businesses needing ‘pay as you go’ services, whereas our credit account is best for larger companies that need credit options.

In the trade? Then sign up for a Graham trade account and benefit from personalised prices and more. 

To sign up for a web or trade account, please visit our registration page. Once you have registered go to the 'My account' area and choose which type of trade account you’d like to apply for, cash or credit. You can then complete an application online.

How do I get access to trade prices?

We have a huge range of products that are fixed price for everyone. However, to view trade prices on other ranges, you will need to set up a trade account with us. Visit our registration page for more information.

How do I change the address on my account?

There are two ways to do this. You can either contact your local branch with all of your details and they will be able to update this for you. Alternatively, call our credit services team on 0141 425 2298.
