Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we are temporarily suspending product returns until further notice. One of our core values is safety and therefore, due to the rapidly evolving situation we are not currently in a position to offer returns including refunds, branch credits or product exchanges for the safety of our customers and colleagues.
As soon as we are able, and it is safe to do so, we will be able to continue to offer this service. When we reinstate the policy we will honour our 30-day money back guarantee on any goods invoiced from 24th March.
Example: If you purchased a product on the 23rd March from our Always Available range and we reinstate the policy on the 1st June you will have until the 1st July to claim your refund.
This does not affect customer statutory rights.
